Bedding sets:
The product has a one-year warranty in terms of discoloration or freckles on the surface of the quilt.
Quilt Home Sets (Without Filling).
The existence of a one-year warranty on the product in terms of discoloration or the appearance of freckles on the surface of the quilt house, and the guarantee also includes the inner clips and the zipper of the quilt house.
Headrests:
A one-year warranty is available in the event that the inner filling of the pillow becomes clumpy or the pillow falls off.
Mattresses:
A guarantee of 5 years in case the mattress falls.
The inner quilt “the filling”:
There is a one-year warranty in the event of the internal filling clumping.
Entitlement to collateral
1- Shipments within the city of Jeddah:
– After bringing the returned product to the company’s headquarters or one of its branches, the customer will be delivered (product inspection receipt).
The response will be made within 3 days from the date of receiving the product, informing him of the inspection result, and then taking the necessary action.
– If the returned product complies with its warranty terms, the product is replaced by another product of the same class or at the same price, and if the product to be replaced has a higher value, the price difference is paid.
– If the returned product does not meet the terms of its warranty, the customer is required to receive the product from the showroom to which he delivered the product within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product.
2- Shipments outside Jeddah:
– After shipping the product by the customer to the warehouse in Rest Home, the product is inspected and the customer is informed of the results of the examination within 3 days of receiving the product and to ensure that it meets the terms of the warranty.
– If the returned product complies with its warranty terms, the product is replaced with another product of the same class or at the same price, and if the product to be replaced is at a higher value, the price difference is paid, and Rest Home bears the cost of shipping the product to the customer.
– If the returned product does not comply with its warranty terms, the product is shipped back to the customer at his own expense with the cost of shipping the product to In Rest Home headquarters in Jeddah.
The warranty does not include the following:
Cases of wrong use of the product such as tearing the product while using it and other cases.
Washing cases in a way that does not suit the nature of the product.
If the purchase of the product exceeds the warranty period.
